Order Fulfillment and Delivery

We aim to provide a swift transition from your screen to your home. Our standard delivery timeline is between 2 to 3 business days. This period includes 1 business day dedicated to order packaging and shipping preparations. Following this, an additional 1 to 2 business day is needed for transit. We work diligently to ensure your decorative items are handled with efficiency so they reach you in a timely manner.

Payment Structure

To maintain simplicity, Lygadecor operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model only. We collect the full payment at your doorstep upon the arrival of your order. We believe in straightforward pricing; therefore, there are no hidden charges, and we do not apply any shipping costs.

The price you see on your screen during checkout is the exact amount you pay to our logistics partner. We do not require any advance payment or digital transactions at the point of order placement.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can shift. You may cancel your order at any time while the product is still within our facility. However, once the item has been dispatched and is in the possession of our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes.

In such cases, the delivery must be completed as scheduled. We encourage you to review your selection thoroughly before confirming your purchase to ensure it aligns with your needs.

Returns and Replacements

Lygadecor provides a 30-day return policy, which begins on the day of delivery. This policy is specifically designed to address instances where you receive an incorrect item or a product that has been damaged during transit. If you encounter such an issue, please email us at [email protected].

Upon notification, we will arrange a pickup of the item at no cost to you. Once the product reaches our warehouse, we require 24 hours to inspect its condition. Following this inspection, we will arrange for a replacement of the item. In the event that the damage is beyond repair or the item is no longer available in our inventory, we will initiate a full refund.

Refund Procedure

Since we operate via COD, we do not possess your billing information. If a refund is approved, our team will contact you via email to request your bank details. Once we receive these details, we initiate the refund through a bank transfer. It typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking provider. Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Final Sale and Change of Mind

We ask our customers to be entirely sure of their purchase before placing an order. Lygadecor does not entertain returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.
